General rules for betting and game play

These rules apply whenever you use real-money funds or bonus funds to play games or place bets with us. They sit alongside our general terms, the information shown in the cashier and any specific terms displayed for a promotion or game. If a specific game rule conflicts with a general provision, the rule shown for that game applies to the relevant play.

Your account and responsibility for play

You may hold and use only one account with us. An account must be opened in your own name and used only by you. You must keep your login details secure and must not allow another person to access, operate or place bets from your account. We may suspend play, withhold affected returns or close an account where we identify duplicate accounts, unauthorised use, inaccurate information or a breach of our terms.

You must be aged 18 or over to play. We may ask for information and documents to verify your identity, age, payment method or source of funds. Until the required checks are completed, we may restrict deposits, play, withdrawals or access to particular products. Please provide information that is accurate, current and complete.

Real-money and bonus-balance play

Your available balance may contain real-money funds, bonus funds, winnings or amounts subject to a promotion. The order in which balances are used can depend on the game and the applicable bonus terms. The balance and wagering information shown in your account are the records you should use when checking your available funds.

A bet or spin is your instruction to play. Once it has been accepted by our systems, it is final and cannot normally be cancelled, changed or withdrawn. This applies whether the play uses real-money funds, bonus funds or a combination of balances. You are responsible for checking the stake, selected game, bet type and any other settings before confirming.

How bets and spins are settled

Bets and spins are settled using the result recorded and displayed by the relevant game server. That result is final, subject to a clear technical malfunction, an error in settlement or another correction required under our terms. A result is not changed because the outcome was unexpected, because a connection was slow or because you did not see the result immediately.

Game rules and paytables

Each game has its own rules, symbols, features, winning combinations and paytable. You must read the in-game help before playing and follow the instructions shown there. The paytable explains how qualifying outcomes are calculated, including any limits, special features, bonus rounds, side bets or different stake options.

The return-to-player figure for a game is shown within that game. This figure is a long-term statistical calculation across a large number of plays. It does not guarantee a particular return from one session, bet, spin or feature, and it does not predict when a winning outcome will occur.

Recording and settlement

  • A completed play is recorded against your account and the relevant game round.
  • The stake, outcome and any return are settled according to the game rules and paytable in force when the play was accepted.
  • Where the game displays a win, the applicable return is credited in accordance with the game and any relevant bonus terms.
  • Where no qualifying outcome is recorded, the stake is settled as a loss unless a specific rule provides another result.
  • Account history, game history and the result shown by the game server may be used when we investigate a question about settlement.

You should allow a game to finish and check your account history before starting another play if a result is not immediately visible. Contact us promptly if the displayed result and the account history appear inconsistent.

Malfunctions, interruptions and disconnected games

A malfunction includes a technical fault, software error, communication failure, incorrect display, interruption in the game server or another defect that affects a game or its settlement. If a malfunction affects a game, the malfunctioning play and any affected pays are void. This means that affected stakes, bonuses, winnings and other game results may be cancelled or corrected in accordance with the applicable rules.

You must not deliberately use an error, delay, fault or incomplete display to obtain an advantage. If you notice a problem, stop playing that game and contact support. We may suspend the game while the issue is investigated and may correct account entries that were caused by the fault.

What happens after a disconnection

If you lose your internet connection or leave a game before a round is complete, the round may continue on the game server. When you reconnect, the game may resume from the point reached or show the settled result. A disconnection does not automatically cancel a bet or spin that the server has accepted.

If the server cannot complete or recover a disconnected game, we will handle the affected play under the game rules and the malfunction provisions above. Please do not repeat a stake simply because a result is not visible. First check the game history and your account balance.

Bonus play and promotional funds

Bonus funds are provided subject to the bonus terms shown when the offer is made. Those terms may set eligibility conditions, a qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement, an expiry period, a maximum return, permitted games, a maximum bet and other restrictions. You must read and follow the applicable bonus terms before opting in or using bonus funds.

Maximum bets and game contributions

A bonus may include a maximum stake per bet, spin or round. The maximum stake can include the value of a stake, an ante, an extra feature purchase or another amount treated as part of the play under the bonus terms. Exceeding a maximum bet may result in the bonus, associated winnings or both being removed where the applicable terms allow this.

Not every game contributes to wagering requirements in the same way. Some games may contribute fully, some may contribute at a reduced rate and some may not contribute at all. The contribution and any game restrictions are shown in the relevant bonus terms. Changing games does not remove a restriction that already applies to your bonus.

Using, ending or losing a bonus

  • A bonus is not cash and cannot normally be withdrawn as a separate balance.
  • A qualifying return may remain restricted until the applicable requirements are completed.
  • If a bonus expires, is cancelled or is removed under its terms, unused bonus funds and associated restricted amounts may no longer be available.
  • A withdrawal request may affect an active bonus, depending on the terms of that offer.
  • We may refuse or remove a bonus where an account is ineligible, information is inaccurate or the offer has been used contrary to its terms.

If you are unsure how a bonus applies to a particular game, check the bonus information in your account or ask support before placing the bet. The terms shown for the offer are the terms that determine its use and settlement.

Live casino, table games and disputes

Live casino and table games

Live casino and table games are governed by the instructions and game-specific rules shown in the table's help section. These rules explain the available bets, minimum and maximum stakes, dealing procedure, winning combinations, payouts, side bets, timing and any other conditions for that table.

The dealer's decision and the result recorded by the game system are final, subject to an identified malfunction, an incorrect settlement or a correction required under the applicable rules. A dealer may refuse or correct a bet where it is late, outside the permitted betting period, placed after betting has closed or otherwise not accepted by the table.

Late bets are not valid. If a bet is submitted after betting has closed, the table may reject it, return it or treat it according to the specific table rules. You should wait for the table to show that betting is open before confirming a selection. Network delay does not make a late bet valid.

Raising a dispute about a game

If you believe a bet, spin, live round or account entry has been settled incorrectly, contact us at support@casino-bet442.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. To help us locate the relevant record, include the game name, the date and time shown for the play, and the round or bet reference if one is available.

  1. Stop playing the affected game if the issue is still occurring.
  2. Check your account history and retain any on-screen information connected with the round.
  3. Write to support@casino-bet442.co.uk with the game, time and round details.
  4. Explain what you expected to happen and what result or balance was displayed.
  5. Allow us to compare the information supplied with the game-server record and account history before taking further action.

We will look into the information available for the disputed play and apply these rules, the game's help information and the relevant terms. Please do not send payment card details or your password in a support message.
